So buds won't ship non-compliant mags even to my ffl if I'm in a commy state like ny? My ffl has before blacled/pinned/or punched mags for me that came with the guns.

Hi Sean, sorry, that is Bud's policy. Bud's will not ship non-compliant magazines even if your FFL agrees to pin them.

Its buds policy and is a Strict interpretation of the laws. Its Buds license that they put on the line every time they ship something
