Hi Alexis and welcome. Unfortunately, no, due to the Detachable magazine coupled with the Pistol Grip, Flash hider and Telescoping Stock. This "Fixed Magazine" Model is CA compliant: budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/143058/bushmaster+m4+patrolmans+223+remington+5.56+nato+ar15+semi+auto+rifle ------------- Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
Hi Alexis, no, it is not CA complaint. Prohibited - Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that do not have a fixed magazine, but have any one of the following features:: ❌ ○ Pistol grip - a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm. ○ Thumbhole stock ❌ ○ Folding or telescoping stock ○ Grenade or flare launcher ❌ ○ Flash suppressor or flash hider ○ Foregrip - a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the barrel and in front of the action . CA restrictions here budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf , You will not find an AR15 like this that is CA complaint unless it has a fixed magazine. Otherwise you would need a featureless rifle like this one budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/141164/diamondback+firearms+db15+ny+compliant+300+aac+blackout+semi+auto+rifle , Stay safe & have a great day!
