Hi C J and welcome. No Sir. Different manufacturer. These rifles are being produced in the Taurus manufacturing facility in Bainbridge, Georgia. Rossi R92 is manufactured in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil by Amadeo Rossi, a Brazilian arms manufacturer that was founded in 1889. Cheers and stay safe!
