Hi Gerald, no sir, this is considered an assault weapon. A semiautomatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least 2 of— ❌ (i) a folding or telescoping stock; ❌ (ii) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; (iii) a bayonet mount; ❌ (iv) a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; and (v) a grenade launcher Details here >>> https://www.mass.gov/files/documents/2019/12/10/Enforcement%20Notice_1.pdf . Rifles that are not "assault-style firearms" are permitted (10-round maximum) and include: ✔ Any .17 or .22 caliber rimfire rifle. ---- Unfortunately, this is an assault style firearm.
