Hi Dan, this Includes a 22TCM9R accessory barrel, so you can use 22TCM9R. The description says 22TCM, it should say 22TCM9R. Since 22TCM is a longer round, it will not chamber in this gun, it is for 22TCM9R only. The 22TCM and the 22TCM9R are not compatible, though they look similar. The difference in shoulder length of the case ensures they cannot be used interchangeably. Stay safe & have a great day!
Hi Dan and welcome. No Sir, Buds description is incorrect. This has the Armscor Rock Ultra CS-L Combo 9mm 3.6" Barrel & Includes the 22TCM9R Conversion (shorter TCM round) and not the 22TCM Conversion (longer 22TCM round). Cheers and stay safe.
