Where do you get the optic plate from. I see that the optic plate also has the rear sight. Does that come with the pistol?

Hi Daryl, this comes with an optics plate adapter w/ Rear Sight for RMR Footprint Optics.
It also comes with an optics plate cover with rear sight installed, which is shown in the listing.
