Hi Mark and welcome. A breacher barrel typically is a shotgun barrel with an attachment (sometimes integral) with a number of slots around it's circumference and a serrated front edge. The idea is to place the serrated tip against a door hinge, lock (so it doesn't slip) or other such structure in order to "shoot it off" (Breach) the door.
