S&W Model 162410LE (law enforcement version) Govenor, is no different from the 162410 version, except the LE's grips have more pronounced finger ribs, plus it has the night sights. BOTH these, grips and sights, I WANT. If there's no other differences, why can't I buy one?

Hi Denis. Sorry for the hassle. Manufacturers earmark a certain number of firearms to be sold to Qualified Professionals/LEO and First Responders. The vendor such as Buds and others don't make this decision. They must abide by these Manufacturers guidelines  to be able to receive these LE firearm packages. I agree a gun is just a gun and if legal anyone should be able to purchase.
