I have read that this takes Glock compatible mags... Does that mean all full size Glock mags or are there specific mags available? Also, any aftermarket drum mags or extended mags currently available?

Hi Christopher and welcome. Yes, any Glock or Glock Style .45ACP double stack mag will work. The LC Carbine feeds from Glock pattern magazines, and it comes with an aftermarket SGM Tactical 13-round magazine. Cheers and stay safe!
