Hi Daniel and welcome. No due to the barrel attachment. Details under C - iii here: https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf
I strongly suggest that you check with your Local FFL as he would be the one most update on Illinois law. its his license on the line when he does a transfer
Hi Daniel, yes sir, this is Illinois legal without the 18rd magazine. It does not have a threaded barrel. It's a new design of compensator and porting hybrid. Since it does not rely on a threaded barrel, it is legal in all 50 states. Bud's will remove the 18rd mags and you would need to obtain your own state compliant 15rd magazines. TP9SF mags are supposed to work in the TTI >>> https://gunmagwarehouse.com/canik-tp9sf-elite-9mm-15-round-magazine.html Stay safe & have a great day!
