Hi Anthony and welcome. The 1-inch spacer is installed on the Stock. Removed, the Length of Pull is 12-3/8" (Compact). Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Anthony, R27092 - Model 700 ADL Compact comes with 20" barrel, 1" shorter length of pull, so the length of pull out of the box is 12 3/8" Additionally, it comes with a length of pull kit, which includes two 1/4" LOP Spacers and One 1/2" LOP Spacer, so you can add up to one inch more length of pull.
