Hi Christopher and welcome. Yes, this is nonmagnetic 55 grain full metal jacket projectile (Copper Jacket, Lead Core). Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
This is essentially M193 spec ammunition – same sort of thing the Army would hand out on its own rifle ranges. Each cartridge sports a nonmagnetic 55 grain full metal jacket projectile (Copper Jacketed with a Lead core), with enough propellant behind it to deliver a muzzle velocity of ~990 meters per second (3,248 feet per second to us). The cartridge is loaded to C.I.P. specifications, which makes it just fine for American firearms. New reloadable brass, with noncorrosive Boxer primers and clean-burning propellant. Target practice, here you come!
