It looks like the stock is adjustable so No, it is not NJ legal according to the Below info.
A semi-automatic shotgun is considered an assault firearm if it has at least two of the following features:
A folding or telescoping stock
A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the weapon's action
A fixed magazine capacity in excess of 5 rounds
An ability to accept a detachable magazine

Well, if the stock is fixed as James stated then it'd be good to in NJ, otherwise, it'd be as I previously said.

Hi David, not sure the others got their information. The fixed stock has nothing to do with it. This gun is NOT NJ legal due to having a pistol grip. The following are prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip. As a fellow NJ resident.
