That is why you should check with your local FFL if the barrel is welded then its legal if not its illegal. we are just people like you who try our best to answer questions
Hi Alex, this is NJ compliant as is (much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy) This model features a 18.5″ barrel with a compensator (not a flash hider) that is welded on and a 10-round magazine capacity. Bud's can ship to NJ as is. Bud's should have this in the description that it is NJ compliant. I am a NJ resident and well versed in NJ gun laws.
