Hi Ronald, unfortunately you just have to keep trying on the phone until you can get a live person. Being a holiday week, I'm sure Bud's is short staffed. Not sure why layaway won't work for you. It was there when both myself & Jason did a mock checkout.

Ugh, I'm sorry about this!! Nothing more annoying than not being able to process what should be a simple order! Just keep trying Buds number. As Ed C. Said, holiday week isn't helping the cause here.
