The quick-release catch allows the laser to be mounted or removed instantly without the need for additional tools. LEDs on either side of the laser, illuminate indicating that the laser is on. Hi Thomas, Yes it is removable with just a couple small screws.

Why do you want to remove it? There are holsters made to fit both the gun and the laser, if that's your issue with it.
