Hi Joseph and welcome. No Sir. This model has a legal Brace instead of a Shoulder Stock and is classified as a regular Handgun/Pistol. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Joseph, no sir, it is a pistol, no tax stamp required. If it had a stock instead of a pistol brace, then it would be a SBR and require a tax stamp. As long as it has the pistol brace, no stamp required. Stay safe & have a great day!
