Hi Marcus and welcome. unfortunately, it does not. Buds would ship without the non-compliant 17rd magazines. No, this model does not come with a 10 round magazine. Buds would ship the firearm minus the 17 round non-compliant magazine for your state. If you can't find any ten round magazines for this then maybe your f f l would order the seventeen round magazines and put magblocks in them to bring them to the ten round state compliant magazine count.
