It will fire 2 3/4" rounds. You may need to use high velocity rounds for break in.
Hi Philip and happy New Year. It will fire 2 3/4 inch shells. It will cycle low recoil 2 3/4-inch shells after a break in period of around 50 to 75 rounds of 1300 plus fps shells as recommended in the owner's manual. Cheers and stay safe!
Hi Philip, this will fire both 2 3/4" and 3" shells, but high velocity (1300FPS or faster) required to operate. This info is taken from The GForce Arms web site >>> https://gforcearms.com/firearms/semi-automatic-shotguns/gf25/ . Owners manual states same thing >>> https://gforcearms.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/GForce-Arms-GF25-Owners-Manual-09.2024.pdf Stay safe & have a Happy New Year!
Definitely want to break her in using Higher velocity rounds. Usually 50-100 will do her just fine. After that, lower recoil shells should be no problem. And yes 2-3/4" shells are fine along with 3" shells.
Yes, this will fire both 2 3/4" and 3" shells, but higher velocity is required/recommended to operate, and especially will be best for the break in period. After the break in period with high velocity, you should be able to cycle with light target loads.
Yes it will work with standard 2 3/4 inch shells however it most likely will never work with 2 3/4 light target loads
