Hi Luigi, any state in which you cannot use a 10rd magazine that would fit into a semi-automatic shotgun. New Jersey is the first one that comes to mind.

Its Illegal in states that have a limit of less than 10 rounds for a shotgun as well as states that ban detachable magazines for shotguns If you ask about a specific state we can give you a better answer
