Will buds ship magazines with gun to MD? My FFL will pin the mags at 10 rounds. I have a letter from them stating aswell if that is needed i use for other purchases from different sites.

Hi Andrew and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Buds has a policy of shipping without magazines only if capacity is the only state restriction. Wish they did but they don't. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Andrew, Bud's will ship non-compliant magazines even if your FFL will pin them. Sorry, but this is Bud's policy.

No, Buds will Not ship out state non-compliant magazines. They will remove the higher capacity magazines and leave it up to the buyer to buy replacement compliant magazines.

Sorry They will not ship non compliant mags If magazine capacity is the only reason it does not comply to your state laws, Buds will ship it to you with out a magazine. you would then need to purchase your own magazine
