Hi Fabian, yes sir, this is NJ legal and Dictator Murphy can cry all he wants. Bolt action rifles do not have the same restrictions as semi-autos do. You can have a threaded barrel, flash hider, adjustable stock, etc. Stay safe & have a great day!
