Hi Kenneth and welcome. Unfortunately, no, you would need a complete .45ACP Slide and magazine. The case base diameters are different so the bolt/breech face would be different between the two, therefore the firing pin/striker and the extractor would not be in alignment. Cheers and stay safe!
