Hi Kevin, I would ask a local FFL. Fin grips are a grey area in NY. From what I'm reading, some FFL's will transfer them and some won't. Guns with fin grips always say CA compliant. You won't see any say CA & NY compliant.

I suggest you verify it with your local FFL as he should be more up to date on the rules
