There are several similar listings for this configuration of the PDP. Why does this listing include in the description 'Law Enforcement'? Also, it says thumb safety in the description but doesn't have one in the picture, does it have a thumb safety? And lastly, do all these 5" compact PDPs come with tritium sights?

Hi Michael and welcome. This model does not have a thumb safety. Manufacturers designate certain models (LE) to be sold to First Responders at a corresponding discount. They usually include 3 mags instead of the standard 2 mags as well. Night Sights are standard on this model.
