Hi James, no sir, it is not even close to being NY legal. The following rifles are prohibited: ✘ Semi-automatic rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have one or more of the following seven features: ❌ 1. a folding or telescoping stock; ❌ 2. a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; 3. a thumbhole stock; 4. a second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand; 5. a bayonet mount; ❌ 6. a flash suppressor, muzzle break, muzzle compensator, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor, muzzle break, or muzzle compensator; or 7. a grenade launcher. . Hi James and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. This firearm has 3 of the single restrictions that makes it illegal in NY. 1: Folding Stock - 2. Pistol Grip and 3. Flash Hider. Cheers and stay safe!
Not one bit legal in our Anti 2A state of NY. The S.A.F.E ACT started it & Hochul's C.C.I.A. just continues to trample on our 2A rights!
