No, It is not on CA Approved Roster after 1/1/2018. https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Magnum+Research Page 44 it was removed after 1/1/2018 : https://www.oag.ca.gov/sites/oag.ca.gov/files/pdfs/firearms/removed.pdf
