Hi Eric, dimensions for magazines are usually not included by the manufacturer, as they are made to fit specific firearms. This fits AR-12 Shotguns, including the Panzer AR12, that accept AR12 style and MKA 1919 magazines. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Eric and welcome. Just measured mine and it is 3.5 inches high, 3.1 inches front to back and 1.1 inches wide. Cheers and stay safe!
