As far as it being "Easy" to rack, that'll really vary from shooter to shooter. If this is an issue you are concerned about due to issues with one's hands then I'd suggest the M&P Shield EZ available here at Buds. We have one and I seriously can rack it back with my finger pushing from the muzzle!! (Of course safety checked with no mag/ammo!) But that's how EZ it racks!!
