Hi Phil, Yes this is a California Compliant. Hence the model # 226R-40-B-CA

Yes, it was Phil and I believe it is. However, since CA is a real stickler on what's exactly on their list and more models were removed than added starting 01/01/2018, I would double check this with Buds as they will either ship or not. There are many firearms that are Ca Compliant that isn't in the Ca section. This is one of them. Otherwise it wouldn't have Ca listed in the model number. I actually won this same model on E-gunner a few weeks back.
