Hi Terry, we're just customers here like yourself but...In my experience and by many reviews of Blem firearms, these blemishes could be a minute finish discrepancy or something else you might not even notice. If you give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri they may be able to describe the exact Blemish.

Hi Terry and welcome. Most of these blems are tiny imperfections in the metal finish. These could be small spots of discoloration or dullness spots. According to reviews from other vendor websites, some owners are unable to find the blemish. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
