Is this still on the roster noticed they removed the polished barrel models. Is the p in model # stand for polished barrel ?

Hi William, this is still on the CA roster. The P does stand for 'Polished'.  
PSS in the model number is 'Polished Stainless Steel'  and I believe the CM at the end is for 'California/Massachusetts' compliant.
