Is the action, bolt, and barrel stainless with the Tungsten Cerakote? Or just black steel with the coating?

Hi Andrew and welcome. This rifle has a Tungsten Cerakote finish on the stainless action and barrel and Roughtech Ember synthetic stock. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

The bolt appears to be unfinished.  The handle and rear of the bolt appears to be blued, or black cerakote.
