Are most parts of the proprietary to this weapon. I have a 300 win mag and its all proprietary, charging handle, bolt carrier, stock, ect and they make no more parts or options

Hi Randall and welcome. No, this model uses mostly standard mil-spec AR parts. The long action calibers are the mostly proprietary parts rifles. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Randall, GLFA rifles have Mill-spec bolts and a Mil-spec fire control group (trigger parts). Their barrels and upper/lower receivers are considered better than MIl-spec. They use an M4 multi-position stock, a free-floating M-lock handguard, and a radial muzzle break.
Mill-spec itself doesn't mean quality. It means, functional, and accurate enough. HIgh-end gun makers seldom use many MIl-spec parts because they can usually improve on them a bit. That's what GLFA does.
