Hi Fabian, unfortunately no, it is not NJ complaint. Along with the pistol grip, this has a collapsible stock, threaded barrel, and flash hider, all considered 'evil' features in NJ. There are no DB rifles that are NJ compliant from the factory. (It would need to have a fixed stock & non-threaded barrel). If you really want a DB, your best bet would be to buy it locally where the gun shop would pin the stock, replace the flash hider with a muzzle brake and pin/weld that. Not sure where you are in NJ but Butch's Gun World in Vineland has DB rifles.
