Greetings, because for those of us who have the only option of buying online, we are in countries where there are no physical stores, for example my country, Puerto Rico... they do not count the payment as cash when it is paid in full, even if it is with a credit card, but it is paid in full, we are not receiving that benefit

Hi Michael, when you use a credit card, the cc company charges Bud's a 3% fee.  Bud's is just passing that cost along to the consumer, as many vendors do.
