Hello, this handgun is on sale for $169. I know it's not legal in CA due to lack of safety, but is it legal in CA for qualified professionals considering a lot of the handguns sold in the QP section lack a safety?? Thanks everyone.

Hey Jesse, yes, Buds does sell firearms "Off Roster" to LE.  It is only available to LE with official Dept. "Letterhead" requests.  Details of CA Law here  :  https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/exemptpo
