Hi Christopher and welcome. Most of these blems as tiny imperfections in the metal finish. These could be small spots of discoloration or dullness, minor scratches etc. They are warranted for all but anything cosmetic related. According to reviews from other vendor websites, some owners are unable to find the blemish. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
there is no way to know what the blemish is the last one I got was a slight discoloration on the frame finish it was smaller than a dime
Some of the Blems aren't even noticeable to the naked eye. They can be a slight discoloration in the finish or even a small scratch. Bud's might be able to give a more precise answer being we don't have access to the items. Give them a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri.
It's hard to say as it varies from pistol to pistol, however every "blem" gun I have bought, the blemish is near to totally invisible. It's unlikely to have a large scratch or major visible imperfection, most of the time it's a small knick or slight color difference
Hi Christopher, a factory blemish is a cosmetic deficiency, a small scratch, ding or a blemish in the blue finish or stainless steel. Most blemishes are barely noticeable. Stay safe & have a great day!
