I suggest that you take some time and go to a local range that has rentals and shoot as many different guns as you can before you buy another. You will better know what you like and what work good for you both the guns you listed are very good I prefer the FN if you can afford it keep the PX4 and get one of the others (you will loose a ton on trading it in)
I wouldn't get rid of it myself as it is a excellent firearm. I would learn the take downs by watching videos. After a few times you'll have it mastered. Don't give up on it. Here's the Video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQ3WE2OPF2Y

The "Right" gun is worth it in the long run. I'll "Forrest Gump" my answer. Either is not a trade down to the Beretta. Both are so close in functionality and reliability that it will boil down to personal preference. In the overall scheme the FN has a higher capacity, lower cost and is every bit as good as the others. "That's all I got to say about that".
