No they will not swap however Buds will ship it to you without a magazine. you would then need to purchase your own magazine
Sorry but no. It's a shame that you have to have the magazine removed for being ONLY 1 round over state capacity!! You'll need to purchase your state compliant magazines yourself.
No, they will not. You do have the option of receiving the firearm with no magazine included.
