If you're used to carrying Appendix, then yes, should be no problem. If you've never carried Appendix then you'll need to see how Appendix carry feels to you. Myself, I'm a 3-4 o'clock guy for a few reasons.

"Comfort" is going to be largely personal...however this gun is about the same size as a G19, and in a decent holster, many people comfortably carry a G19 appendix every day.
