If you cant remember your old password there is a known problem with the get new password procedures if you do not receive the link to change your password you will have to call buds at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button and they will assist you
Hi Myron, Click "order status/account" - scroll to "change my account password" - enter new password and confirm.. If this doesn't work (I know its been glitching" then you will need to contacy Buds direct - (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
