Unfortunately. The M1A model is a NO for WA.

Hi Chetan, no sir, there are no Springfield Armory M1A SOCOM rifles that are WA state compliant. The Springfield Armory M1A is banned by name as an assault weapon in WA. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf
