I made my first purchase if a firearm feom Buds in Dec 2024. The gun was dirty and scratched up on the sides and dirty with finger prints. My gun smith polished it up and removed some of the scratches. From now on, Im going to a store see what I buy before I buy it. Also my name was not on my ammo or the gun packeges. A random phone number was on both packages. FAIL!

Hi Michael and welcome. Agree with the short comings. Again, you do not own nor have any obligation to complete the paperwork (form 4473) for any firearm that does not meet your satisfaction for any reason. Inspection should always be first and foremost. Cheers and stay safe!

Never had anything but brand new in box from Bud's. 
You should have refused the transfer and sent it back for a refund.
My name has been on every package sent to my FFL, not sure why that would happen.
