Hi Charles and welcome back. I would first disassemble the magazines, lube and reassemble. Does it do this with 2.5-inch ammo? I would contact ATI Customer Service for advice/Service at 800.290.0065 ---------------- https://americantactical.us/warranty

Hi Charles, are you using 3" shells? The ATI .410 magazines are made to only accept 2.5" shells, even though the gun has a 3" chamber.

try a different brand of 410 ammo
