1:9 twist. It will stabilize the lighter bullets best (55-62 grain) from what I've found and the 1:9 twist does not create as much pressure or heat as the tighter twists (1:7 , 1:8) which means the barrel will last longer.

It is a 1 twist per 9" rate. I've had good success with heavy and light bullets and boolits.
