The video describes the mag as holding 30 rounds, yet the description says 10 rounds? Which is correct? I thought the mags were swappable between the PMR and CMR?

Hi Micajah and welcome. Several makers including KelTec make 10rd magazine packages so their firearms can be sold in capacity restricted states. This is designated by the 10 at the end of the model number (PMR30BLK10).
