without a decocker can you drop the hammer with one in the chamber and safety on? if i was to carry this i'd like one in the chamber since theres a manual safety but i dont want the hammer floating. i also don't want to do the gentle trigger pressure while holding the hammer to drop it down with a round in the chamber unless it can be done while the safety is on
