Hi Richard and welcome. You can and should inspect any firearm, new, used or blemished before doing any paperwork. You do not own the firearm until after the paperwork and any checks completed. This makes for a painless return for a replacement or refund. The Blem has full factory warranty except for the firearm finish. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
For me it would depend do you want a honest working shooter (blem) or a gun safe show piece a blem will have the full factory warranty except for the finish. Check the gun over BEFORE doing the transfer paperwork If the Blem is not acceptable you can refuse delivery and it will be shipped back to Buds
