I recently purchased the Glock 30 gen5, I looked at We The People Holsters but they do not have one compatible for the Glock 30gen5. Any help with a IWB Kydex holster would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, stay away from WTP Holsters. I actually bought a Pole.Craft IWB kydex holster for my G19 Gen3 4 years ago and have had No problems whatsoever.
